If an item doesn't fit you can EXCHANGE the unworn purchase for another item of equal or more value. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original shipment date.

I ADDED AN ITEM TO MY SHOPPING CART AND NOW ITS EMPTY. WHAT HAPPENED?
Some of our items are limited quantity so items placed in your cart may sell out or be removed. If you tend to be a slower shopper DO NOT CLOSE OUT YOUR SHOPPING CART. Keep the cart open so when a new item is added it refreshes properly. Always select the "continue shopping" button.


I MISSED AN ITEM THAT'S SOLD OUT. WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN, AND WHEN?
If it was a LIMITED EDITION it cannot be reordered. For all others it normally only takes 2-4 weeks for new shipments to come in. If you want to be notified please send an email with the item name and your size to sales@loft415.com. We will send you a message when it's back in stock.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
It depends on the style. Looser/Relaxed fit items are pretty forgiving and can work for a variety of different sizes. If you have a similar items its always best to compare the listing measurements to the item you own. Please also view a size chart here


DO THE ITEMS COME IN PLUS SIZE?
The items only come in what's available. Sadly, not a lot of companies offer plus size, but we do order them when they are available. As we grow we hope to have more options for all sizes.


DOES LOFT 415 HAVE A STOREFRONT I CAN VIST?
Right now we only sell through the web site. If we are going to a flea market, street fair, or craft fair we'll be sure to let everyone know.


HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PURCHASE?
It depends on the item. It'll vary between hand wash, machine wash, and dry clean. For wrinkles we highly recommend steamers. They are better for your clothes and come out beautifully.


WHY DO I NEED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE SENDING AN EXCHANGE? CAN'T I JUST STICK IT IN THE MAIL WITH A NOTE?
We want to make sure you are happy. By contacting us we'll be sure to hold the item you'd like in exchange. This way when your return gets in we can ship your new item quickly.


IF I PURCHASE A "FINAL SALE" ITEM CAN I STILL EXCHANGE IT FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
Items described as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. They are strictly Final Sale.


CAN I GET A REFUND INSTEAD OF AN EXCHANGE?
We except returns in exchange form only.


I WANT TO BUY A HANDMADE TOP IN ETSY AND DO SOME SHOPPING HERE TOO. CAN YOU COMBINE SHIPPING FOR THE TWO STORES?
Yes, but you'll need to send us a message to let us know. You will be charged separate for shipping as I cannot offer the same free shipping discount for the two stores. We cannot be responsible if your items ship separate before you get a chance to tell us, and refunds cannot be issued for combined shipping on orders with transactions paid in separate payments.
